Each session will cover:

• The difference between a heart attack and a cardiac arrest
• What to do in those crucial first moments
• A clear, step-by-step approach to responding
• How to perform effective chest compressions
• How to use a defibrillator confidently

Followed by a practical, hands-on element for anyone who would like to have a go at CPR and using a defibrillator.
