Coming soon in 2027: Devon Air Ambulance-backed First Aid Training

Devon Air Ambulance is trusted to provide critical care when every second counts. That experience and expertise also shapes the way we approach training.
Through Ready to Respond, we’re developing a range of accredited first aid courses designed to give individuals, workplaces and organisations the practical skills and confidence to respond in an emergency.
Our training will combine recognised qualifications with a practical, engaging approach, backed by the knowledge and expertise of Devon Air Ambulance.
What will we offer?
Emergency First Aid Work Training
A one-day accredited course designed for people who need to develop the skills and confidence to provide immediate first aid in the workplace.
The course will cover essential first aid skills, including responding to common workplace emergencies and knowing what to do until further help arrives.
Ideal for: individuals, workplace first aiders and organisations looking to meet their first aid training requirements.
First Aid at Work – 3 days
A more comprehensive accredited first aid course for those who require a broader level of knowledge and practical first aid skills.
The course will provide participants with the confidence and competence to respond to a wider range of emergencies and support those who are unwell or injured.
Ideal for: workplace first aiders and organisations requiring a higher level of first aid provision.
Refresher training
We’ll also offer refresher training to help existing first aiders maintain their knowledge, skills and certification.
