If you would like to return an item bought from one of our charity shops, please first review the returns policy below.
Please note: from Monday 1 June we will be changing our refund policy to credit notes being issued.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer an exchange or credit note.
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. All items must be unused and returned with the original tag still attached.
Credit Notes: Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. They can be used in any Devon Air Ambulance Charity Shop but not at our eBay store.
Faulty Items: We are happy to offer a full refund on faulty items.
Furniture Purchases: Furniture is not available in all our shops. Please ensure that the item will fit your space and vehicle before purchasing.
All furniture should be checked at the point of purchase. Due to the nature of pre-loved furniture, we are unable to offer refunds on furniture items. We can offer a credit note where appropriate.
