Salary: £35,900 per annum

Hours: 37.5 per week 

Location: Remote working with attendance at DAA HQ in Exeter

The Role

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join our forward thinking Finance team. The Financial Accountant will play a key role in ensuring all aspects of financial control are carried out for both Devon Air Ambulance Trust and Trading Company. The role will support with consolidating financial statements and reconciliations, ensuring that donors funds are being used effectively by the Charity. As a charity with various different activities there is a breadth and depth of finance on offer for an individual who wants to be challenged.

The Candidate

We are seeking a candidate who is self motivated with excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills, with demonstrable experience of a Financial or Management Accountant role within a Finance department. Working towards an ACCA/CIMA qualification as per the job spec. The ideal candidate will have the ability to use their own initiative and judgement to make quick decisions, and able to plan and organise their workload to ensure efficient time management.
