Did you know that just two hours of volunteering per week can fund a vital piece of equipment such as a Blizzard Survival Blanket, helping our crew keep trauma patients safe and warm?

You’ll help keep our shops running smoothly, represent the charity in your local community, and have fun along the way. Whether you’re sorting donations, steaming clothes, or helping customers with their next great find.

That’s why we offer volunteering that adapts to you. Take time off when you need it for family visits or getaways, and we’ll always welcome you back with open arms.

For students – Juggling studies, social life, and everything in between? We get it! That’s why our volunteer roles are designed to be completely flexible, letting you fit volunteering around your timetable. If you’re heading home for the holidays or need time off during exams, no problem! We understand that life comes first, and we’ll always be here when you’re ready to return.

For working parents – whether you have a few hours while the kids are at school or a spare Saturday afternoon, we’ll find a shift that suits your routine. And if you need to pause for family holidays, school breaks, or simply to recharge, we completely understand. Family comes first — always.

Whether you have just an hour or a whole day to give, we would love to have your help. Our retail operating hours vary but most are 9-5 pm Monday to Saturday with some shops opening on Sundays & bank holidays.
