We welcome entries to Coast & Country Cottages Design a Heli a Holiday Home
There’s still time to enter the Coast & Country Cottages and Helpful Holidays children’s art competition! Young artists across Devon are invited to take part in a fun and creative challenge launched by Coast & Country Cottages and Helpful Holidays in support of Devon Air Ambulance.
Part of Sykes Holiday Cottages, Coast & Country Cottages and Helpful Holidays are long-established South West letting agencies, managing hundreds of beautiful self-catering holiday homes across South Devon and Dartmoor. Both teams are passionate about supporting their local communities and proud to be fundraising for Devon Air Ambulance throughout 2025.
As part of their efforts, they’re inviting children to design a holiday home for ‘Heli’ the helicopter – and imagination is the only limit! From a countryside hideaway with its own helipad to a seaside escape where Heli can rest after a busy day in the skies, the teams can’t wait to see what creative ideas take flight.
Entry is completely free, but families are encouraged to make a small donation to Devon Air Ambulance, helping to raise vital funds for this lifesaving local charity. Every pound donated will also be fund-matched by the business, doubling the impact.
The winning artist will receive a £500 holiday voucher to enjoy a UK getaway in 2026 – but time is running out to enter, with the deadline for submissions on 31st October 2025.
To enter, simply download or collect an entry form from the Coast & Country Cottages office in Salcombe or Dartmouth, or from the Helpful Holidays office in Chagford, complete your design, and hand it back. Alternatively, email it to [email protected].
