Our interviews are a mixture of technical and behaviour-based assessment. The number of interviews for candidates to attend depends on the level of the role you are applying for. We ensure we are consistent with our approach by providing a robust, positive, and effective process for candidates of all levels. 

We aim to make candidates feel at ease and relaxed throughout the process. 

Your interview panel will be with 2 or 3 employees of Devon Air Ambulance. This is to reduce any unconscious bias and provide a fair and inclusive recruitment process. 

After your interview, you will always hear back from us via telephone to either provide feedback or invite you to the next stage of the interview process.
