What we do Work with us What should I expect from my interview? If you are shortlisted we will provide further details on the interview format. Depending on the type of role you have applied for, you may be asked to prepare a presentation or complete an assessment during your interview. All candidates are required to complete a DISC report. DISC is a personality profile assessment, which measures an individual's preferences and tendencies based on the four key areas: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. It is important to remember that there is no right or wrong profile, but the assessment offers an interesting insight into your way of working. Your interview panel will be with two or three employees of Devon Air Ambulance. This is to reduce any unconscious bias and provide a fair and inclusive recruitment process. Our interview process is designed to give us the best insight into your technical abilities, approach, values and behaviours. It is an opportunity for you to share your experience, skills and ideas and to find out more about the company, the role and our values and culture. The interview process offers a combination of technical and behaviour-based experiences, and the number of interviews for candidates to attend depends on the level of the role you are applying for. We ensure we are consistent with our approach providing a robust, positive, and effective process for all candidates of all levels. After your interview, you will always hear back from us via telephone to either provide feedback or invite you to the next stage of the interview process.
