All candidates are required to complete a DISC report. DISC is a personality profile assessment, which measures an individual's preferences and tendencies based on the four key areas: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. It is important to remember that there is no right or wrong profile, but the assessment offers an interesting insight into your way of working.

Your interview panel will be with two or three employees of Devon Air Ambulance. This is to reduce any unconscious bias and provide a fair and inclusive recruitment process.
