Catherine joined DAAT in October 2021 following 29 years working in retail, largely within HR. As the People Manager Catherine is responsible for providing an extensive HR service to all staff members of DAA. She manages end to end HR processes including policy development and implementation, employee relation case work, advising on terms and conditions of employment, job evaluation, undertaking staff surveys, recruitment and retention, payroll and training.
