Every aspect of the new Airbase & HQ will be designed and built with patient benefits at the core.

From a building designed with efficiencies that will facilitate the enhanced critical care we bring to patients, to private spaces for our patients and their families to meet with our Patient Liaison Clinicians, the entire project is about achieving benefits for those we serve.

The build will:

  • Create efficiencies that will directly enhance critical care to patients by creating a frictionless 'work flow' in advance of and upon return from a mission.
  • Provide a base for patients and their families to continue their onward journey of care with our patient Liaison Clinicians (PLCs). Support from our PLCs has a direct impact on reducing post-traumatic injury and enhancing welfare, which are of course lifelong benefits to patients.
  • World-class training facilities will be made accessible to support the development and sharing of skills, knowledge and expertise not only among our own crew, but across emergency teams.
