Motorcycle Rideout terms and conditions By submitting this form you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms, indemnity and information set out below. The DAA Ride Out is organised by Devon Air Ambulance The DAA Ride Out will start from the above mentioned venues, your entry permits you to enter the Ride Out from the start location you have selected only. Each entry for the ride will only be accepted if this form is completed in full and is accompanied by the correct fee Entry costs £5 The first bike will depart at 10.30am. DAA suggests you arrive by 9am to allow yourself sufficient time to register The route will be marshalled from start to finish Devon Air Ambulance reserves the right to change any part of this event should circumstances beyond their control dictate Breakdown vehicles will be provided - recovery by the breakdown vehicle is for bike, rider and pillion to the Den, Teignmouth, only. Further transport by mutual arrangement with the breakdown driver Participants enter at their own risk DAA recommend that trike riders wear a helmet for their own safety. All participants are expected to wear appropriate safety clothing. Any rider deemed not to be wearing appropriate clothing by organisers will not be permitted to participate in the event Riders will receive a souvenir T-Shirt at the start. Additional T-Shirts for pillion riders can be purchased for £5 by selecting the appropriate options on this sigh-up form The complimentary t-shirts for pre-entry are only available for collection at the start point you select. Pre Entry T-shirts will not be available at the end or after the event. If the event is unable to take place due to unforeseen circumstances the organisers will be entitled to cancel the event. In such circumstances we will try to let you know via email, social media and local radio of the cancellation. In the event of cancellation your fee is non-refundable and the event organisers will accept no other liability to you for any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of the cancellation.
