1. The competition opens from 10 July 2022.
  2. To enter unscramble the letters at either the Bideford Devon Air Ambulance 30th Celebration event, or the Darts Farm 30th anniversary event. Enter the unscrambled word online at https://www.daat.org/forms/devon-air-ambulance-audio-trail or submit your paper copy at the event for inclusion in the draw before 23:59 on Sunday 14th August 2022
  3. Entry to the audio trail is free, though donations are welcome. The activity is open to members of the United Kingdom including children whose parent/carer can enter on their behalf. The competition excludes employees of DAAT & DAATCL.
  4. Entry is limited to one entry per person.
  5. By submitting the word online you will be deemed to have understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
  6. The prize is (the “prize” as specified at the 30th anniversary event). No cash alternatives are available.
  7. DAAT reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prize (or any part of it) for alternative prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
  8. All entrants who complete the steps set out above are entered into a draw
  9. A winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries.
  10. The winner may be announced in the next issue of Helipad magazine; you agree that, if you are selected as the winner, we may disclose your name and the area in the country you live (not your specific address) for this purpose.  
  11. As well as announcing the winner in accordance with Clause 10 above, we will email or phone the winner directly who will be required to provide their postal address, to which the prize will be sent at our expense within 30 days of providing the address.
  12. If we have not heard from the winner, or the winner fails to provide their postal address within 30 days of us contacting them, we reserve the right, to consider the winner to have forfeited the prize and to withdraw the prize entitlement of that person.
  13. DAAT takes no responsibility for entries that are lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
  14. Any personal data that we collect in connection with this prize draw will be processed in accordance with the current UK GDPR legislation, the Data Protection Act and within our privacy policy (a copy of which can be viewed at www.daat.org/privacy-policy, and will only be used to administer this promotion.
  15. DAAT reserves the right to withdraw or amend either the prize draw or these terms and conditions at any time, without notice if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
  16. The decision of DAAT is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be invalid and disqualified.
