Devon Air Ambulance is a charity that is very much made possible by, and exists for, the people of Devon. As such, we are very much integrated into the communities we serve. So when our supporters ask 'where are you based?' we reply with the following:

At two airbases

We have two airbases; one based at Exeter Airport, one based at Eaglescott Airbase in mid-north Devon. Our helicopters are both equipped to fly during the hours of darkness. At one head office

Our head office is based in the Pinhoe area of Exeter. Our Finance team, Fundraising team, Communications team, People, Retail management team, Operations team, Facilities Team  and IT team all work here along with our reception staff and visiting volunteers who help to count donations to our collection tins and help us out on reception. At shops across the whole of Devon.

We have 20 charity shops located in communities across Devon, including two specialist vintage and variety shops (one in Topsham, the other, Dartmouth and an Outlet shop in Exmouth). Find out more about our charity shops or find the charity shop that's nearest to you. We always welcome donations, so do consider our shops and help support your local air ambulances! We also have an Exeter-based warehouse, which stores a great deal of our stock that supplies our shops. Be sure to visit our Barnstaple Community Hub too!
