As Relief Support Manager you will be highly visible across our retail estate. You’ll work closely with our Area Managers to ensure shop resilience and play a critical part in championing Gift Aid and customer service.

Ideally, you’ll have previous retail experience, be able to demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to work with and motivate any team.

You will be based out of our Warehouse, but predominantly you’ll be out in the field supporting the area by providing a high level of cover to shops where required. There is a requirement to operate a flexible working pattern as agreed with your Line Manager. A full driving licence, access to a vehicle, with appropriate business insurance is essential for this role.
