Martin Bell, Retail & People Development Director at Devon Air Ambulance, says:

We're pleased to have been a Real Living Wage employer for five years. It's important to us that all our staff feel they can focus on their work, knowing that they are earning enough to live on and not worrying about how to make ends meet.

Recruitment is a costly process in both time and money, and we want to hold onto good staff and to help our supporters’ money go further.

32% of our workforce has benefited from us being a Real Living Wage employer. We also ensure that any third party we contract services from pay this too.
