Motorcycle Ride Out 2018 Competition Terms and Conditions

The promoter is: Devon Air Ambulance Trust (Charity No 1077998) whose registered office is 5 Sandpiper Court, Harrington Lane, Exeter, EX4 8NS.

The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of Devon Air Ambulance Trust, Bridge Motorcycles and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

You will receive one entry into the prize draw on confirmation of your entry into the Devon Air Ambulance Motorcycle Ride Out 2018 (MCRO18).

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

The closing date for entries into the prize draw will be Friday 11 May 2018 at 12 noon.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is an MOT for your motorcycle valued at £29.65. This must be used within 12 months of the draw date. Bridge Motorcycles are not obligated to do any repair work if needed.  A free re-test will be offered if within ten days of the original MOT. The winner must book their MOT appointment at least 14 days in advance.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen at random.  The draw will take place at DAA Offices at 5 Sandpiper Court, Harrington Lane, Exeter on Friday 11 May at 12 noon. Entries up until that time will be accepted.

The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the closing date.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 working days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

We would like to use the name and an image of the winner for publicity purposes subject to the winner’s consent in relation to GDPR. The winner will be asked for permission on notification of winning.
