Mark Williams read Law at Exeter University where he qualified as a solicitor. He has spent his career in both private practice and local government and, in 2002, became Chief Executive of East Devon District Council. His major areas of focus have been building high performance teams, and overseeing the development of the new town of Cranbrook and the East Devon Growth Point.  In his spare time, Mark likes to watch Exeter Chiefs, cycle around east Devon and cook pizza!
