Building Quality Improvement into the Everyday

The Devon Air Ambulance Quality Improvement, Research and Audit Team invites you to attend a new symposium which aims to discuss and demonstrate easy and effective ways you can integrate quality improvement into your day-to-day work.

Practical Quality Improvement

The event consists of workshops and presentations which will give you the opportunity to learn about quality improvement in a practical and interactive way.

We will be hearing from colleagues across the South-West who have made improvements within their organisations and provide you with examples of how quality improvement methods have been successfully implemented in real-world settings. You will get the chance to work with other organisations and get hands on with some different QI tools.

Although the event will be hearing from those involved primarily in healthcare, the tools and their implementation are relevant to all sectors. This event is open to all levels regardless of whether you are a novice or a seasoned expert in quality improvement.

There’s plenty of parking at the venue and we will be sending out directions to the venue nearer the time.

Please note that morning and afternoon refreshments are included with your booking. Attendees can either bring their own snacks and lunch or purchase a selection of hot and cold meals from The Kitchen @FSC on the day.
