Exeter Round Table is back at Westpoint this Bonfire Night for its 37th not-to-be-missed firework display, all in aid of Devon Air Ambulance and other local good causes.

We can't wait to head to 'the largest pyro-musical charity firework display in Devon', so in anticipation we've popped together some top tips to help you to look forward to it even more!

Winter warmers

Hot chocolate, a flask of your favourite core-reviving beverage, or a fortifying purchase from one of the several refreshment stalls; holding a drink in gloved or mittened hands is possibly one of the most hygge-inspiring things you can do outdoors on a winter evening. What's your favourite November tipple?

Traditional foodie fayre

What says Bonfire Night better than toffee apples, hotdogs and candyfloss? All of which - and more - is available to peckish firework seekers at this year's event. Super-excitable kids with sticky faces are another site to behold - especially among the throngs of little ones (and bigger ones) waving glow sticks!

Snuggling up

Donning knitted hats, scarves and maybe even your thermals is great for when you're eagerly anticipating the pyrotechnic countdown in the chill, late autumn air. If you have really little ones who could find it all a bit too much, then a pair of festival ear defenders can help minimise the shock of the noise - on the other hand they may absolutely love it! Be sure to keep pets snuggled up at home on Bonfire Night; many find the experience distressing.

Fun at the fair

To keep the adrenaline levels high enough to last all evening, there will also be a funfair with a host of exciting rides and attractions, with something for everyone. Standby for a sensory extravaganza!

Bring your friends

Bring fun-loving friends and family members along too! Tickets are available both in advance as well as on the doors (although it's cheaper to book your tickets in advance). Devon Air Ambulance volunteers and staff will be there too, so come and say hello to us!
