Curves Tavistock hosted a ‘Look Good Feel Good’ event on the 16th of July in aid of Devon Air Ambulance Trust (DAAT). The evening included beauty therapy, spray tans, reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Physiotherapy, Zumba, and even a raffle to raise funds and awareness for the Charity Curves believes in.
Curves Tavistock promotes health and fitness to the people of Devon, while simultaneously supporting the community through their fundraising efforts. Vicki Terry, Manager of Curves Tavistock, is grateful to all of the participants of the evening for their personal contributions. “Thank you to all who attended our Look Good Feel Good event, with all of your support we managed to raise £149 for DAAT, and we couldn’t have done it without our lovely members of the gym, their friends and family, our therapists, and wonderful Curves coaches. DAAT provides an amazing and important public service that I am more than happy to support and keep Devon’s Air Ambulances flying”!
It is a part of Curves’ core beliefs to inspire community well –being. Caroline Creer, Director of Fundraising at Devon Air Ambulance Trust, says, “We would like thank Curves Tavistock for raising funds for the Charity while also raising awareness.
