Mid Devon Motorcycle Action Group are holding their Summer Bike Nights on the third Thursday of each month starting on 15th May. Proceeds in part go to Devon Air Ambulance Trust. As summer rolls in, more daylight and warmer temperatures set the scene for this perfect evening activity for any local biker. Motorcyclists can gather and share their stories of the road and discuss their bikes in detail with likeminded riders.
Summer Bike Nights are held at The Fisherman’s Cot in Bickleigh and start at 7pm. Entry donation of £2 per bike enter riders into a raffle that is drawn on each of the bike nights. All types of bikes are welcome and encouraged.
Caroline Creer, Fundraising Director at Devon Air Ambulance Trust says, “We would like to thank Mid Devon MAG for hosting these bike nights, creating a great social opportunity for local riders while simultaneously giving back to the community. If the attending motorcyclists would like to take their love for their bikes on the road, we would encourage them to participate in our Motorcycle Ride Out as well”.
Devon Air Ambulance Trust’s Motorcycle Ride Out is a 76 mile route across Devon’s beautiful countryside on 13th July. Motorcyclists can enter at www.daat.org or ring the office for an entry form: 01392 466666.
