You can be sure that we will make the most of the pre-loved items that find their way to us. As we begin to welcome your donations once more, we ask you to follow these points to ensure we make the most of your donations and don’t incur any unnecessary costs for the charity. When preparing your items to bring to our shops, please make sure they are completely saleable and not damaged, incomplete or broken – a simple test is to ask yourself: would I buy it? Making these checks will help us to minimise the number of unsaleable items we may have to dispose of in our bins, which cost the charity money in general refuse fees.

Due to restrictions put in place by our recyclers we are also unable to accept any items that are not completely fit for purpose. Such items include broken electrical goods, which we currently cannot recycle and require paid-for disposal
Please make sure your donations are placed into bags and boxes that can also be donated as we can't return your boxes/tubs or bags.
