What we do Meet the team Helicopter & Patient Services Support Catherine Moss-Crump Catherine Moss-Crump line manages a team of Patient Services Administrators and oversees and reports on a range of Patient Services functions. As well as this, she provides an extensive Executive Assistant service the Operations Director and the Board of Directors at Devon Air Ambulance. Catherine graduated from University with a Batchelors Degree in Biological Sciences and has 20 years of high-level administrative experience. This enables her to bring an invaluable level of knowledge and understanding to the support she provides to the patient services function at Devon Air Ambulance. She has expertise in scheduling, cloud-based management systems, time management applications and procurement of operationally critical items. Catherine plays an active role in strategic projects as well as organising clinical and company wide events. Catherine was also part of the team which won the AAUK award for charity team of the year. In her personal life Catherine lives in Devon with her family where she can be found enjoying the countryside or renovating her family home.
