Devonshire Freemasons Dig Deep

The Holy Royal Arch Provincial Grand Chapter of Devonshire Freemasons will be making a special presentation to the Devon Air Ambulance Trust at their airbase at Middlemoor, Exeter this Friday (19th February).
Christopher J Pengelly, the Grand Superintendent, together with Robert C Munro, Charity Co-ordinator will be presenting a cheque for £2,000 to the service’s on duty crew. They have chosen to support the Devon Air Ambulance Trust as one of their main charities for 2010.
Christopher Pengelly, Grand Superindendent said ‘The Holy Royal Arch Provincial Grand Chapter of Devonshire Freemasons, as part of its ongoing policy of supporting local charities, is pleased to support the Devon Air Ambulance service, recognising the very important role the Air Ambulance plays in the community, with this cheque for £2,000 raised soley from its members.’
Caroline Creer, Fundraising Director of the Devon Air Ambulance Trust said ‘We are delighted to receive this fantastic cheque and very much look forward to working with them throughout 2010. We are heartened at the support received and really appreciate the hard work and commitment that groups just like this make to the funding of the service.’
