Santa Dash 2012

Location: The Guildhall, Exeter to Exeter City Footbal Club, St James's Park, Exeter EX4 6PX

Santa has started training two willing volunteers for this year's Santa Dash, being ECFC's David Evans and DAAT's Fundraising Director Caroline Creer.  See them in training here....

Exeter City FC are hoping that 2000  'Santas' will take part in this 'Dash' only one mile from the Guildhall, Exeter to the football ground and then swell the crowd at their match against Barnet (kick off 3p.m.)still dressed in their red and white suits.  (The world record for Santas dashing is 8000 [held by Liverpool] - could Exeter one day match that!?)

 Taking part costs £17 per adult or £5 per child (includes Santa suit and ticket for the afternoon's match

OR £35 per adult/£15 per child (includes Santa suit, seat in Flybe stand, a meal in the hospitality lounge, post match at MOTM award, VIP match day entrance).

The Santa Suit sizes are as follows:

Small Child: Age 2 – 7. Jacket, trousers, hat & belt.

Large child: Age 8-14. Jacket, trousers, hat, beard & belt.

Adult Suits are all “Extra Large” with an adjustable belt. Jacket, trousers, hat, beard & belt.

 There are prizes  for the three Santa Dashers who raise the most sponsorship money:

1. Director of the Day, at a game to be allocated.

2. Hospitality for two, at a game to be allocated.

3. A signed Exeter City Shirt.

All sponsorship donations will be split 50:50 between Exeter City Football in the Community Charitable Trust and a Charity of the runner's choice (please choose Devon Air Ambulance Trust).
