Devon's Great Big Dinner Party (part of the BBC Radio Devon Air Ambulance Appeal)

This is an event with a twist, because you get to choose the location and the time, and even who comes along!
Well known Devon based chefs Mitch Tonks, Peter Gorton and James Knight have provided the menus for Devon's Great Big Dinner Party, which are as follows:-
Starter: Scallops as cooked at The Seahorse (Mitch Tonks)
Main: Pan roasted pork tenderloin, braised saged apple, carraway carrots with wholegrain mustard sauce.(James Knight)
Main (vegetarian): Herb crepes with sweet potato, goats cheese and a tomato saffron sauce (Peter Gorton)
Dessert: Creme brulee with exotic fruit dice (Peter Gorton)

At the end of your meal we are suggesting hosts ask their guests to make a donation. If they are tax payers, there is a gift aid form on the back of the invitations, meaning that the charity gets an additional 28p in the £1 from the Government!
